Sweet pooks was not so happy to hear that they wouldn’t let us leave the country today bc we didnt have two photo print outs of our little angels. Good news is that means our residency has been cleared and approved. Bad news is we had to lug all our stuff back to the hotel and do it all over again tomorrow. Luckily pooks cheered up after we told her we are still going and just taking the plane in the morning instead. I gave her a pack of animal crackers and a little reassurance that her plane was coming and she said ok lets go back to the hotel. Ugh she is just the best! Sabs has a runny nose and slept like crapola last night but of course has been an angel today (now let’s see if we can repeat this tomorrow minus that whole photo issue). Jet blue manager was super sweet and rebooked us without charging anything! All went perfect for an imperfect situation. I’m currently sitting at Office Depot with two sleeping nuggets waiting for dada to get our photo copies. Always an adventure :).

Our trip to San Jose was perfect! Sophie made two little buddies on the ferry so she was busy the entire time. Sabs smiled at everyone she passed which made it hard to walk anywhere without being bombarded but at least it was all in a pleasant way. Sabs ate her way to San Jose for the car ride after ferry (pineapples, strawberries, oatmeal and carrots). We had to call our neighbor once we got here because we had visions that LuLu was hiding in the house and we closed the doors on her. He went over and sent a pic of lulu chillin outside under the couch in yard so all is good- phew. Dada and Sabs went to the bank to pay some bills and Pooks and i are relaxing for a bit in the comfy hotel bed. Fingers crossed that all travels go this smooth!’
