Monday morning girls walk

Took the girls on a long walk this morning (obviously armed with snacks and a big water bottle). Our destination was Sabsy’s favorite tide pool and we made it all the way there. After getting nice and sweaty we jumped into Sabs tide pool and Will came and met us with the car. Super fun time with these pretty little rabbits.

Thursday morning

The night before 101 fever, the following morning- here she is…her second day of being 5yrs old! Sneaking sissy’s ginger ale while she wasnt looking- always up to something. Poor Dada trying to stretch his back in the river after pulling it out on Monday lifting a crate of heavy fruits. Today (friday) he is finally feeling better- whew!

Sabsy turns 5!!! Pics and videos at bottom

Happy Birthday sweet Sabsy Rae!! Oooooh we love you! You are a bright little shining star. If I could freeze it all right now, i would. You are the perfect little pint size package. Your sweet voice, your mushy squeezes, your fatty smile, your weird little quirks and teeth grinding, your infectious energy, every last bit of it- love you love you love you!

Here are some pics from your 5th birthday. You just wanted to celebrate with family, you didnt want any kids to be stealing your candy in your pinata (still some bitter memories from a previous birthday party).

We did all your favorite things. We made chocolate chip pancakes and fresh orange juice for breakfast, went to the river and a tide pool, had an epic treasure hunt, stuffed and whacked a pinata, and then wrapped it all up with some homemade pizza and a vanilla/chocolate icing cake.

You said it was “the best day ever!”, that makes my whole year. The next day you came down with 101 fever out of no where. You slept from the afternoon through the next morning and then woke up completely normal. You are a beast. Keep on being you, that is all you ever need to be. We love you more than I have words for.

Hey lil baby #3 – 13/14 weeks – Bye bye first trimester!

Hey lil worm…trying to get a pic of you growing in my belly with these two rugrats around. Sadly we dont have a full length mirror in our house and the bathroom is outdoors so the light is usually to bright to get a shot in the mirror, and your dada takes awful photos, and your sissies are too short so the angle is not the most flattering. I might have to do San Jose photos as we go for your check ups (prob better since my hair will look good- hahaha). Anyway, here you are being harassed/loved by your sissies already! Hope you’re liking crossfit with mama. I’ll take you to yoga again this week for some mellow time. Thanks for letting me feel good enough to keep working out. xoxo. You still can’t stand tico food. No beans, no plantains, no casados- nada. We’re eating lots of fruit, you had a bunch of indian food in SJ, asian food seems to make you happy, pb is a no go (especially before crossfit), and really everything else is a-ok! You are awesome already!

Few pics from San Jose!

We had our second visit to the Dr to check on baby #3  and all looks perfect! The Dr. predicts it is a girl so we’ll see for sure at the next appt.  We stayed at Aloft the first night and a lady who works there and knows the girls surprised them with toys waiting in the room. Sabi’s face was priceless.

We ate at our favorite indian restaurant, went to Game Zone (aka chucky cheese), saw Jurassic World, hit up Sabsy’s favorite candy store, picked up some special birthday surprises for our almost 5yr old, and wandered around the mall. Super fun trip and so happy that little peanut #3 is chugging along just perfectly. Keep up the good work nugget! xoxo
