Oh my pretty, pretty princess…you are getting too big! I am going to be sad when I can no longer count your age in months. I think it is acceptable until 24 months so I will continue to do so as long as I can. I never understood why moms didn’t just say 1 year old, I now get it. I remember when I would count it in days and weeks, ugh slow down!!
You are doing so many new things each day it is just insane. You are walking everywhere and getting faster and faster. You play hide-n-seek. You say DA-DA none stop and seem to have forgotten how to say Ma-Ma, i forgive you for now. You are a little social butterfly and love to hold other kids hands, but you also never stray to far and need to know that mommy and daddy are close. If you continue to do this for the rest of your life it is just fine with us- lol. You eat everything. You love to dance and listen to music. You love Sesame street and Elmo. You give hugs to a dolly we call Saki and you smile big whenever you grab Saki. You still nap with us in the bed and fall asleep with us in the bed. I move you to the crib at night and you’ve been going about 5 hours straight and then back to the bed it is. We love it, and if you want to do it forever, again, fine with us!! When you wake up in the morning you have the biggest smile and immediately want to give us a hug, hop off the bed, and say good morning to Betsy. After all your good mornings it is go go go time! You are very busy, lots of plans and things to do. You give the puppies a treat each morning and love watching Charles follow you around when you have food in your hand. You are a prankster and keep us laughing all the time.
You have 7 teeth total and some on the way. We go to the park almost everyday and you now like the car and going on adventures. You just sit in your seat chatting away and usually eating something of course. You have a new love for ice pops, ice cream, and mexican food. You will eat guacamole until it is all in your hair, on your clothes, on your highchair, covering your face, etc. It is messy, but it is fun!
You will never be able to even imagine the amount of joy you bring us. We are just so proud of you and will always be your biggest fans. Every night before bed we go over things you did to make us laugh, smile and be proud during the day, and every night we are never at a loss for words. You are absolutely amazing and make the world a better place. Here are some pics of you enjoying your birthday snickers with daddy, walking down the hall chomping on it, and drooling chocolate. We love you sooooo much Sosi, Iggs, So-So, Nugg, Sauce-tin (this is an oldie but never got play on here. It is a combo of sophie and austin pronounced Sauce-Tin)! xoxo
