Toosk, Too, Toobie, Toob, Toobie doo, Too bear, Too hunny, Too licious, Roo, and again anything but Maru. Marta may i love you forever…forever and ever together…yes you may, yes you may, yes you may, yes you may Ooooh Marta (it has morphed more into Marta than Martha) may i love you foreverrrrr! Yes Toob that is your theme song and yes we all love you forever…and ever…together!

So back to your 11 month update lil worm. Going to be quick as usual b/c you are busy, busy as usual. You’re in the bath with Sissy now (one of your favorite things to do).

Ok so you are sleeping like complete sh*t. Yup, it is insane. When we first got here i was telling Dada how bad you sleep at night and how i get no sleep. He said yes it happened with all the kids when teething you just forget. I said ummm no this is another level. He said i think you forgot. Well, then Dada got the green light to come sleep in our room again b/c your sister’s were done with jet lag and ready to sleep in their own room. Sabsy started sleeping through the night in her own room finally this last week and Dada got a taste of a full night with your butt. It took 2 nights before he said hmmm this is nuts. Maybe we should give her some panadol for the teething and see if she sleeps better. Hahahha! Then the whole family spent way too long debating on whether or not to give you panadol. Everyone felt bad for giving you medicine when you’re not really sick but the thought of a night sleep for you and us trumped it and we gave it a go. Im not going to say it was a good night sleep…but it was maybe a bit better. We couldnt really decide b/c it is all such a fog. It wasn’t good enough that we did it again so there went that idea. Guess we will be riding it out together.

You are finally starting to pull yourself up. Lazy bum. You can do it and prob fully walk but you are scared. You stand all day long on the couch and move all around it b/c you know if you fall it is squishy. You’re getting very curious and going off on little Toobie adventures around the house which we find hilarious.

You communicate so good now. You say Momma, Dada, WaWa (water), Hi, Bye, Mah Mah (more), and wave your finger No.

You love books and being read to. Your favorites are all touch and feel books, 8 little Monkeys, and That’s not My Monster.

You eat everything. You’re an awesome and messy eater.

Your still not convinced on your stroller and prefer being carried everywhere- yay.

You are a noisy little creature.

You LOVE dancing. You can’t not dance when you hear any sort of beat. You have 3 signature moves…the head shake (my personal fave), the arms raised, and the side to side. They are all brilliant.

You are a great little traveler.

Your giggle is everything.

You do this new face where you squish up your whole face really tight and hold it until you shake. It is hilarious.

We love you Toobie doo. So thankful for you and all the little love you bring to this family. Happy 11 (and a half b/c obvi im late) months!!!
