Oh Rae Rae, Rae Rita, Sabsy, Guabanita, Guaba, happy belated 9th birthday post!!! This is over a month past your bday, but it is getting on here…so we are still winning!
I am so proud of how much you have grown this year. You have gone to sports events solo in a new country, started to learn a new language, made so many new friends, finally tried a bunch of new foods, roamed the little city streets with your big sis, and started jumping into big ocean water like a champ! You have also learned to skate board, play volleyball, master cartwheels, make your own dutch baby and eggs, multiply, and do your own ponytails!
You love hanging with your family, going on walks with Momma, eating gummies, playing sports, going to camp, crepes, dutch babies, beyond burgers, chorizo pizza from camp, playing tricks on people, being silly, and swimming in rock pools.
Oh, and this deserves its own space b/c how can i forget what you love most of all…STRANGER THINGS! You are all about anything related to this show, and we proudly binged watched the new season together. Your favorite gift this year was the Stranger Things tshirt I found and little surprise toys.
You bring the fun wherever you go, and make everyone smile. You sisters adore you and Toobs loves messing with you and wearing all your clothes. You’ve become so independent this year, but still want to cuddle and be with your family all day long. Ugh, I dread the day this changes, but will soak it all up now b/c you are a precious little/big girl.
You’ve dealt with 2 tooth pullings this year, and handled it like a champ. I hope that is the worst of your dental dramas in life, but after seeing the way you dealt with it, i know you’ll be all good.
I adore you Rae Rita, and am so thankful to be your mommy. You are pure joy, fun and love. You are amazing at expressing your feelings and handling your emotions. You’re so mature for your age, but still manage to keep that young innocence. Sheesh, this is so hard to write b/c so many ppl are talking to me during it, but know that I love you and am so very proud of you!! You are incredible, and sparkly and all things delicious. The world is lucky to have you in im even more lucky to be your momma!!!!!
You just woke up so now all you girls are around me and it is time to get the day started. Happy, happy. happy 9th bday! Your last one before the double digits…excuse my while I go sob in the bathroom. You did crawl into my bed last night, so clearly you are still my little baby. I love you peanut!
