Pronto eggplant
I put sauce on Pookie’s “noodies” and she looks at me as if i just urinated all over them, yet somehow, this mess of eggplant looks like pizza to her and she willingly gobbles the entire portion down. She then moved on to an empanada thingy which is also foreign looking and apparently more visually appealing than my sauce. Hmmm.

This is what 101 fever looks like on Sab. She a beast!
This is Sab from yesterday when she woke up with a fever. It went steady all the way until bedtime and then she woke up this morning refreshed and healthy. Go get em sweet porkness!! Poor angel had to have a fever with our power out for a few hours last night. We took her into the car and put a little A/C on to cool her down until the power finally came back on at 11pm. This baby is a trooper! XOXO

Conch Shells!
This past week we found an incredible tide pool that normally is too high to go in but because of the full moon it was a super low tide and just insanely amazing. We just climbed a few rocks and then we were at our own little private beach with crystal clear waters and soft sand bottom. When we arrived at the beach a monkey greeted us by chucking a little nut down on us from the tree. We brought some goggles with us and found these enormous conch shells in the ocean. We took them out just long enough to snap a pic and then put them right back where they belong so the animal inside can continue to thrive. Mornings like these make me wonder how we would ever live anywhere else. Truly magical.
