Igg’s is 5 months old!

When people say it flies by…they’re not kidding! I cant believe our little iggy igola is now 5 months old and at the same time I still can’t believe that 5 months ago she wasn’t in the world. What did we do before she was born?

Iggs, we are so very proud of you and love you beyond words. You are the coolest cat around. Mommy and Daddy got you a Jumparoo for your 5 month bday and it couldn’t arrive soon enough! You are a little busy body. You want to see and do everything we’re doing. Lately you just love being in the carrier and walking around checking everything out. You have a new game that you think is hilarious- and in turn we think is hilarious. We put you in the carrier and run around the couch and then one of us hide behind the counter and yell peek-a-boo and you just bust out laughing. You even start smiling when you turn the couch because you know it is coming. Ugh you are the coolest! You also started hanging with me while I cook lunch and dinner. You sit in your little bumbo and I tell you everything I’m preparing. Keep this up and mommy will be all set for her own cooking show!

We loooove you. Happy 5 month birthday So-So! You tried to eat your 5 months sticker all day (along with anything else that went in your hand and then straight to the mouth) but we got some pics of course. XOXOXOXO Mommy and Daddy.

Well the nugget figured out that she can get her foot into her mouth- more so- that she can get her big toe into her mouth and this makes for some sucking fun! Good thing those toesies don’t touch the ground yet because this seems to be a new favorite past time of hers. Eat up tater.

Iggy goes to Costa Rica!!!

MOMMY + DADDY + IGGY + COSTA RICA = HEAVEN!!

Sophie has her first passport stamp! What an amazing trip. We really couldn’t have asked for a better travel partner. Our little nugget was a blast. She flew on 4 big planes and 2 small ones. The little diva had her first private flight (we were the only ones on the plane back to San Jose). She was full of smiles, giggles, cuddles, and love the entire trip. We went out to eat, met some horses, went to the beach and just enjoyed family time and spoiling the lil one with love and kisses!! So-So’s favorite things were swinging on the porch swing with daddy, swinging in the hammock with mommy, riding in the car (because it is a bumpy dirt road) and just being out in general. She was such a social butterfly – she just wanted to be out, out, out! Everyone loved her (of course) and she just hammed it up to the locals with her big gummy smiles.

Soph- mommy and daddy are so proud of you. You made this such a memorable, incredible trip. We loved showing you everything in Costa Rica and can’t wait for our next adventure together. You were so easy going and just loved seeing all the new things/people. Lucky for us you fell asleep without a problem in the new strange beds. You slept in between Mommy and Daddy and just loved cuddling. You rock! xoxoxo – mommy and daddy.
