Sabi a few weeks ago out of no where: ” I am never going to India. It looks so dirty and crowded.”

Sabi the other day at an event to her new indian “friend”: “Soooo what’s India like? Is it nice there?”

I asked if she mentioned that her favorite restaurant is Indian but she said no.  I said too bad, you could have told him your favorite indian food you order…French fries.

Bahahaha.

Sophie has been stepping up her chef game and making all sorts of treats for us all on her own. She now officially knows how to make broccoli soup all by herself so if something ever happens to me, it will be carried on. She makes muffins, cookies, soups, roasted veggies, salads, couscous for sabs, pancakes, oatmeal, sandwiches, beans and her list just keeps expanding. Lucky for me she is also a very neat chef and leaves no mess behind. So proud!!!
