CHRISTMAS!!

We have a few videos so i will upload when i get to other computer (having issue with this one). Christmas was so amazing. The kids faces were priceless and we just soaked it all in. It was a beautiful day!

Look at these faces waiting to open their gifts – stars in their eyes

Santa came and rudolph ate his carrot

Stockings!

I can’t even count how many times Sabsy’s face looked like this Christmas morning- priceless

ON TO PRESENTS

Christmas eve

Christmas eve was pretty magical around here. We are on the 7th floor and have full views of the entire city and surrounding areas. At midnight the sky lit up all over the place with amazing fireworks everywhere! The girls were sound asleep, santa delivered his goods, and mama and dada just stood on the balcony with a full moon, clear night, and fireworks going off all around us. SO awesome!! We took a little video so i’ll post when i get all the videos off.

These little faces were sound asleep while all the magic was happening

Chocolate Fondue at Madame Queso/Sabs dining topless in the city

Apparently Sabsy’s shirt had a tag in it she didnt like and wouldnt stop telling us about (telling us is a kind word for screaming her head off/climbing all over the place) so to avoid a dreadful lunch we took the top off and life was good. She is prob one of few who will be able to say she ate chocolate fondue topless in a restaurant in SJ. You can take the baby out of the jungle but cant take the jungle out of the baby. Clothing is an everyday battle here (at least she kept her shoes on :)).

Christmas adventures at the Multiplaza

Wow the mall was chock full of amazing activities for the wee bits. We started off with the toy maker which was totally free and magical for the kids. They color a picture of a toy, slip the paper into the machine and out the other side pops a toy! It makes music and plays a video of the toy being made inside. Out popped an Anna doll – for free! Gah, the kids were so excited. We only made one coloring for the machine b/c I was with Sabs playing at the playground while Sophie started it. We had no idea a doll would pop out (i figured it would be a little bouncy ball or something). Anyway, when it popped out Sabs was pissed b/c she didn’t have one. We were sorting out the whole no grabbing sissy’s doll type thing when they guy who ran the machine was apparently watching and ran down the mall to catch us and surprise Sabsy with her very own Anna doll. Ugh, just another reason i love CR, they people are so sweet!

Then off to the next free activity on the second floor- crafting baskets and face painting!

Then face painting! Sabsy wanted spiderman :). She was so patient and still the entire time. It was precious. Pooks made a little buddy while they were waiting on line and both girls got butterflies.

So excited for her turn

Next stop- dance party!

Followed by letters to Santa! So we wrote and mailed a letter to Santa and apparently we go to the mall on Dec/ 26 and Santa will have delivered the gift that the girls asked for. I am not sure how this works but it was all free and Sophie asked for a guitar. Let’s see if Santa delivers it. Sab asked for scribble scrabble.

Then a little christmas concert and finally we ended up in the toy store where they have a hug playground inside and the kids were all going bonkers having fun. My phone had died by this point so the memories will have to be in our mind :). We had an action packed day full of Xmas festivities. We left the house at 10am and didn’t get home until after 5pm. The girls ended the day shopping at the grocery store with their own little kiddie size shopping carts. They had a blast!
