Pooks and Sabs

Oh my goodness! These two have been playing together so much lately on such a different level than before. Sabi has learned how to play pretend and carry on full on conversations so they have been playing princesses, baby, barbie, and a bunch of others they just make up as they go. This happened last night as they were messing around on Spotify together and found the Frozen soundtrack. Ugh! WIll and i just sat there smiling and cracking up (mostly silently of course). Sabi pretending to wipe chocolate fondue off of sophie’s face is my favorite.

Then they entertained themselves with this app which also had us cracking up

Sophie’s videos

Pookie was trying to make some youtube videos but sabsy was completely done with the day and letting everyone know. Still there are some pretty classic pookie moments and lines. Sweet nugget. My favorites are “Sophie’s videooooos” and “get your parents permission”. Oh and then of course Sabi had to make her own video where she sits there repeating “subscribe and subscribe” hahahahaha!

Happy 6th Birthday Pookie!!

Here are some pics from Pookie’s 6th bday party! It rained for the first two hours so we did a lot of indoor games, ate some homemade pizzas, sang happy bday in 3 languages, ate two cakes (one ice cream/cookie and the other plain vanilla), then headed out for a treasure hunt and wrapped it up with a water balloon catch and water fight. It was “EPIC” to use Sophie’s exact words. I will write the birthday post separately since this will be full of photos. We also have a bunch of videos i’ll post later too.

Saturday in Cabuya

We had a good rain here on friday night so saturday we decided to quad on the non dusty mountain road and spend the day in Cabuya. The quad ride is through the beautiful mountains and then we landed at a secluded beach with the most incredible tide pool. We all had so much fun. After swimming around we went to a place for some pizza on the way back. The kids played chase and hide and seek the whole time and then we all ate some yummy pizza. It is so fun to watch the girls playing so much together lately. Also feeling really thankful that we live in a place where Sabi can go out to eat in her undies and no one flinches- hahaha! Ah, it was a perfect day!!
