Well Pookie’s first day of school was a major success! It is now Thursday and she is still loving it! She thanked me before bed the first night for finding her the best school ever. Ugh, melts my momma heart.

Sabi’s first day, (well first 2nd day b/c on the first day she was sick), was not as successful. She was still feeling a bit sick and then they brought sophie into another classroom about midday and that’s when Sabs went downhill. I went there around 11am b/c Sabi didnt have a lunch since she wasn’t planning on going to school and as soon as she saw me she welled up with tears. I picked her right up and took her little hiney home. She was not a fan of being separated from her sister. We spent the last two days beach bumming together while sissy was at school and i’m happy to report Sabs is feeling much better. She is going to try school again tomorrow b/c it is Children’s Day here and they are having a party all day so she should be with Sophie and feel more comfortable (i hope). We’ll see!! In the meantime, it has been fun to have some alone time with the little runt and swim around in some gorgeous tide pools.

Oh and on a cool side note: Sabs started writing her name all by herself! Go sabi go!!!
