Pookie was so excited for her morning at the salon. She wanted a wash, cut and blowout…and that’s just what she got. Pretty little princess.

Little bit of art from school lately. Yesterday Pooks made a book about her family and what animals represent them and a totem pole. The other day her and Ashley learned about the basking shark and made a diorama. She is absolutely loving it!

In her pole the dog represents Pookie because she said it is loyal, sweet and happy. The snake she decided represents Sabs because she is sneaky and smart (pookie went on to say she made a cute snake because sabs is also cute but she is sneaky because she always steals the big ipad). the dolphin represented momma b/c it is beautiful and kind, the monkey represented dada b/c it is fun, smart and a little clever 😉

Coconut milk, kale, basil, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepp, tomatoes, ginger, tumeric, garlic, avocado, carrot…basically every single veggie/spice in fridge…plus some siracha to get the nose running! Mmmmmm

So the flu is finally somewhat working its way out of our household. FML that was/still is the most awful bug. Today was the first day we left the house since last monday (yes that is over a week). Will went out to collect supplies last week, but other than that we were all hunkered down and waiting this thing out. Last night the girls were up to this in the bathroom (see below). This is when i knew they were feeling better. Sabi came running out looking like below and i turned around and said WOW Sab you look beautiful (obviously caught off guard not thinking)…she quickly looked at me and replied “I not beautiful…i scawwwwwy”. My bad. Clearly she is scawwwwy. Sophie was obviously her trusted makeup artist.
