Tired but made it to the city! Packed the whole house, tackled the 5 1/2 hour drive- 2 sick kids and one of them hates the car seat (guess which one).

We made it and we are on the mend. Really hoping both Sophie and The Toosk are 100 percent before flying to Florida tomorrow. Also hoping Sabs manages to escape the wrath of this virus. We had fevers, coughs, sore throats, and just sleepiness (sophie of course, Toosk likes to torture all when she is sick and fight sleeping to let you all know how mizzy she is). Buuut we survived and today is much better so onward and upward. Let the travels begin!

Surprise! Quick visit from Nana and the girls had no clue! So fun

Nana surprised the girls and came for a visit! So much fun and the girls were so excited! They soaked in a bunch of Nana time while Momma and Dada dealt with a teething Toosk (top 2 chompers came in) and packing up the house for the upcoming holidays! Nana got sick one day, stepped on a bee another, and spotted 2 scorpions another. Jungle for the win. I watched a scorpion sky dive and land inches away from the pack n play Toosk was napping in. Amazingly we all made it out alive and no one got stung. Here I am in the city, walking barefoot and not even looking down…oh the luxuries! The house will be bug bombed before we return or I will not be returning. Pretty certain i’ve about tested all the luck i have.
