Handmade dolls by the girls at Tania’s house
Around the house
Sundays
Well today we finally got our hands on a jackfruit and Dada bravely cut through all it’s stickiness and attempted a famous jackfruit “pulled pork” sandwich. Turns out our jackfruit may have been too ripe b/c it was a bit stickier/chewier than we had anticipated but it was edible for sure and a cool experiment.
Kids painted themselves as usual, had a quick ice cream stop with dada at playa carmen, played barbies 1/2 the day and then we all watched a movie to end the night.
Crazy to think in 2 1/2 weeks we’ll be off to SJ. Time is flying!!

Thanksgiving 2018
Oh how thankful we are this year and every year! The lil rabbits made their TG turkey projects and rocked it! Dada and I went for a nice beach walk while the girls had dance/spanish class. When we came home Dada surprised the girls with doritos, cheese doodles, and ginger ale. Sabi yelled that it was “the best Thanksgiving ever” and then proceeded to go into the bedroom and make him a badge for his awesomeness. SImple little creatures.
I whooped Dada in some Gin (im on a roll at the moment) and we made our homemade pizza for dinner. Before sunset we took a walk to the corner store, got some ice cream and then beach walked with the girls to the Reef for sunset. What a perfect day. Thankful for it all!
