Barcelona- our last stop in Europe before we head to NY!
What a super fast and super fun trip we all had exploring Europe and Africa. In Barcelona we found the most beautiful park, saw lots of street performers, ate yummy food, went to the chocolate museum, walked the most we walked all trip (which was a lot), went to street markets, food markets, the beach, and Dada got his hair/beard trimmed.
Im missing a lot of details from this trip because i am so behind on the blog (and life hahaha). Traveling for nearly 2 months will do that. Hopefully after i catch up, I’ll revisit these posts and put in the little details to remember. I’ll also look through all our video.
Next up, NY pics!
Figueres, Spain
Our next stop was a town called Figueres where we explored the Dali museum, and enjoyed all the smaller town feels. The weather was beautiful, dada met a cat he finally loved, there was live music, the kids made friends everywhere they went and the airbnb was beautiful. Fun, fun times.
Seville, Spain
We made it to Spain late in evening and rode the tiniest most narrow streets in an Uber to our Airbnb. The uber driver got lost/stuck a few times and it was def an adventure navigating through the roads of Seville.
Once we were settled in we had to find a restaurant b/c we were all starving. We ended up eating dinner at like 11:30pm i think and closing down a bar with the girls. It was def their first time shutting a bar down and it didnt disappoint. We all waddled home super late at night and not surprisingly the girls were ready for more.
Seville was an amazing city where we rented bikes, walked for days, ate more breakfast pastries, had the yummiest Moroccan food that we ate all trip, danced in rainy puddles, and wandered in and out of all little maze like streets.
From Lisbon to Faro by bus
We left Lisbon the day a hurricane hit it…talk about good timing! We took a pretty nauseating 4 hour bus ride to Faro where we settled in for a couple of days before heading off to Seville, Spain.
In Faro we just walked around, found a fun playground, watched trains pass from the side of the tracks, ate some good italian food and enjoy the peace from the big cities we were in before. Sabi also found her favorite ice cream sandwich finally!
